  1. Data controller

    The data controller is PRIME TRAVEL DI SINGH MANPREET, Via San Giovanni Bosco, 4/a, 37047 San Bonifacio (VR), VAT No. IT04594670988. For any question about your data, write to info@primetravel.it.

  2. What data we process

    The site has no forms, private areas or newsletter, and uses no analytics or profiling tools. We only process:

    • Browsing data: the systems that run the site automatically record some technical data linked to the use of the Internet, such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type and operating system. They are only used to run the site and protect it from abuse, not to identify you.
    • Data you send us: if you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we process the data you choose to share (for example your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message) to reply to you.
    • Technical cookies: the site only uses the technical cookies it needs to work. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

    Please do not send us special categories of data (for example health data) or copies of documents through these channels unless we ask for them for an application.

  3. Why we process them and on what legal basis

    • Running the site and keeping it secure (browsing data): our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    • Answering your requests and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
    • Meeting legal obligations, for example tax and accounting ones, if your request leads to a service: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
    • Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    Providing your contact details is optional, but without them we cannot reply. The data you entrust to us at the office to handle your applications (CAF, patronato, consular services, ticketing) is processed under the specific privacy notice we give you there.

  4. Who may receive the data

    • our staff authorised to process them;
    • the site's hosting and content delivery network (CDN) provider, Cloudflare, Inc., acting as a processor on our behalf;
    • the email and telephone service providers we use to communicate with you;
    • WhatsApp Ireland Limited, if you write to us on WhatsApp, which processes the data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy;
    • public authorities, when the law requires it.

    We never sell or publish your data.

  5. Transfers outside the EU

    The hosting provider may process browsing data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission (Articles 45 and 46 GDPR).

  6. How long we keep them

    • Browsing data: only as long as needed to keep the site secure, in line with the hosting provider's technical retention, unless they are needed to investigate an offence.
    • Messages and requests: as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows from it.
    • Accounting and tax records relating to a service: 10 years, as required by Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code.
  7. Your rights

    At any time you can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@primetravel.it: we will reply within one month.

    If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.

  8. Other information

    • We make no decisions based solely on automated processing and do no profiling.
    • The links to WhatsApp and Google Maps (directions) lead to external services: opening them takes you off this site, and those services' own privacy policies apply.
    • We may update this policy: the current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
